Guest Dosing

Texas Clinic Westview provides guest dosing services for individuals who are currently enrolled in another opioid treatment program and need temporary dosing while in the Houston area. Services are provided in full compliance with federal and state regulations to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.

Fees

• $20 one-time admission fee
• $15 per day for medication
• Guest dosing is available for a maximum of 14 days (2 weeks)

Required Documentation

All guest dosing patients must provide medical documentation from their home clinic. Paperwork is preferred at least 48 hours in advance and must include:

• Current dose level
• Medical or nursing department contact information
• Physician signature

Emergency / Same-Day Guest Dosing

Emergency guest dosing may be accommodated same day when necessary. In these cases:

• The patient’s home clinic medical department must directly contact our nursing department
• Required paperwork must be faxed or emailed immediately to our nursing department for review and approval
