The Treatment
Process

Texas Clinic Westview use’s FDA approved medications to treat alcohol use disorders (AUD) and opioid use disorders (OUD). These medications relieve the withdrawal symptoms and psychological cravings that cause chemical imbalances in the body. Medications used are evidence-based treatment options and do not just substitute one drug for another. This results in proper regulation of bodily functions and decreases chances of relapse.

Texas Clinic Westview provides Medication – Assisted treatment (MAT), a evidenced-based treatment using medications (Methadone, Suboxone, Sublocade and Vititrol in the treatment of Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) and Opiate Use Disorder(OUD), in the combination of behavioral and counseling therapies.
